Yes, and you have a right to enter the premises to show it to prosepective new tenants, provided you give proper notice.

I agree with Mr. McCormick. You can put up a rental sign. Be sure to let prospective tenants who are interested in the property know that you have a tenant in the property right now, and that the place is not immediately available.
