How do I put someone on title to house?
Husband and wife are on current mortgage and title as community property (California). They would like to add a single person to the title with 50% ownership. This single person would not be on the mortgage (if that matters). Is a grant deed sufficent?

Yes; but be aware that you will be reassessed for property taxes should you transfer any part of the title.
