Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

i have two questions. I have a renter in an apartment above my garage and she put in a deadbolt without my permission. Can i demand to have a copy of the key? My renter and i have a shared mailbox with a key, can i refuse to give her a copy of it?

Why do you want a copy of the key? So you can rifle though her things while she is gone? Now you want to keep her mail? Super Creepy!
