quick claim form for sale of house
I am a partial owner of a house in Los Angeles and my family member wants to buy my half . What form do I need ? She owns the other half. She will be sole owner after I sell her my half.

A quitclaim deed or grant deed. Perhaps the former would be easier to fill out, but I do recommend getting professional advice, particularly with respect to entering a correct legal description of the property.
Your signature on the deed would have to be acknowledged (notarized). California Civil Code section 1183 lists persons who may acknowledge signatures outside the United States. Looks like you're in Ireland. A person licensed as a notary public in Ireland could do it.
The transfer becomes effective upon delivery of the signed deed, whether notarized or not, but for protection from persons without knowledge of the deed, after notarization it should be recorded with the Los Angeles County Recorder.
