You'll need the Quitclaim Deed form, and information like Grantor, Grantee, property address, assessor's parcel number, legal description, notary, etc.
Are you the grantor (the one giving the property away)? or the grantee (the one getting the property)?
To avoid mistakes and problems later on, the Deed should be prepared by an attorney or escrow.
