"Describe property of state?" I've never seen these words or anything like them on a quitclaim deed and I have NO idea what they mean. Are you sure you have this accurately?

One of the major tasks in filling out any deed properly is to provide a complete and accurate legal description of the property being conveyed. There is undoubtedly a large blank space for this, and indeed many deeds attach and reference an exhibit with the property description because it is too long for the blank space.
