Quit Claim Deeds

If my husband and I Quit Claim Deed our house to our grown son are we still on the deed as owners and can he sell it under his name?

If you quitclaim all of your interest to him, then you will no longer be on title and he could sell it. If you quitclaim a partial interest, then it would be much more difficult for him to sell his interest in the property and you would remain on title.
