Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

MY QUWESTION IS CONCERNING MY FATHERS LIVING TRUST, WHEN HE PASSED A WAY MY FATHERS HOUSE IN THE TRUST STATES THAT HIS NEW WIFE CAN LKIVE IN IT OR A REPLACEMENT PROPERTY UNTIL SHE DIES THEN IT IS TO GO TO ME HIS SON OUTRIGHT AND FREE OIF THE TRUST. HIUS NEW WIFE PULKLKED ALOT OIF SHADDY THING AFTER HIS STROKE BEFORE HE DIED SHE LIQUIDATE ASSESTS MOVED MONEY ETC . AND HAS TRYED 2 TIME TO GET ME TO SIGN THE HOUYSE OIVER TO HER BECAUSE SHGE WANT EVERYTHING TO GO TO HER FAMILY 5 ADULT KIDS BUT I WOULD NOT SIGN IT OVER SHE HASNT SPOKEN TO ME SINCE HE DIES 2 IN HALF YEARS AGO UNTIL LAST WEEK . SHE CALLED TO ASK IUF IU COUD SIGN SOME FORMS BECAUSE SHE WAS THING ABOUT PUTTING THE HOUSE UP FOR SALE AND MOVING UPO TO NORTHERN CALIF WERE HERE DAUGHTER LIVES THEN YESTERDAY I GOT A TEXT MEESAGE FROM HER ELESATE AGENT SAYING ESCROW IS CLOSING ON THE 7 TH AND THEY NEED ME TO SIGN OFF THE FORM SO SHE CAN CLOSE ESCROW IT WAS SOLD . AND THAT SHE HAD ANOTHER HOUSE SHE BUYING UP IN NORTHERN CALIF THAT IS 100,000 MORE THAN MY FATHERS HOUSE WHICH IS PAID OFFF SHE SELLING FOR 254,000 DOLLARS THIS NEW HOUSE WILL HAVE A MORTAGAE PAYMENT ON IT .. THIS IS MY CONCERN I DONT TRUST HER . HOW DO I KNOW SHE WILL HAVE THE NEW HOUSE PUT INTO THE TRUST IN REPLACEMENT OF MY FATHERS HOUSE AND THAT IT WILL BE LEFT TO ME AND THE EXTRA LOAN ON IT RIGHT NOW THERE NO PAYMENTS . I ASKED THE ESCROW TO SEND ME WHAT FORM THEY WERE TALKING ABOUT .... SHE SENT ME OVER A GRANT DEED THAT I AM THE GANTOR ON AND WANTS ME TO SIGN OVER IT TO MY STEP MOTHER AS GRANTEE SO SHE CAN SELL IT THE STATEMENT ON THE GRANT DEED ..

I HAND YOU HEREWITH A GRANT DEED TO SYLVIA xxxxxxxxxxx AS TRUSTEE OF THE MOORE REVOCEABLE LIVING TRUST. THAT YOU ARE AUTHORIZED AND INSTRUCTED TO RECORD AT THECLOSE OF THIS ESCROW, WITHOUT CONSIDERATION OF THE TO UNDERSIGNED GRANTOR. (WHICH IS ME )

THEN IT TALKS ABOUT THE PRELINMARY CHANGE OF OWNER REPORT WHICH THEY DIDNT SEND ME.. AND THEY DIDNT SEND ME ANYTHING FOR THE NEW HOUSE TO MAKE SURE IT GOES IN REPLACE OF MY FATHERS HOUSE . PLEASE HELP ME I DONT KNOW HOW TO PROTECT MY SELF SHE ALREADY HAS TAKEN EVERYTHING ELSE DO I HAVE TO SIGN THE GRANT DEED CAN I REFUSE AND WHAT SHOULD THERE BE FORM WISE THAT SHGE SIGNS IT BACK OVER TO ME ???
