If I have my own real estate license can I represent myself when I buy or sell a property of my own??

If you have to ask an attorney, you must have cheated on the exam. Wasn't this issue in the material you studied?

You can represent yourself without a license. Just because you have a real estate license does not mean you can no longer represent yourself.
