Real Estate
As a buyer of a house, if you feel your realtor is misleading you and you cannot trust her can you speak with the sellers agent or is that illegal?

You can freely speak to the seller's agent. You can also talk to the seller as well.
Re: Real Estate
It's certainly not illegal for a buyer to talk with the seller's agent.
Rather sad, however, that this should become necessary. Your own agent owes you a much stronger duty of competent professional services, loyalty, investigation and reporting, etc.
One possible additional route is to ask to speak with the agent's broker. The broker is supposed to supervise the agents working under him/her, and would also be liable to you for any misconduct or breach of duty by the agent. In most cases, however, I'd start by having a friendly but direct chat with the agent to express your concerns; there may be a simple solution to the trust issues that starts with, or includes, openly expressing your misgivings.
Re: Real Estate
Yes you can. The agent's actions are proscribed, not yours.
