"Real estate hearing" is WAY too vague a term to answer your question. Do you mean a disciplinary hearing for a real estate licensee? An arbitration? A mediation? Have you been sued? Issues involved? Amount at stake? It's as if you asked, "I don't feel good in my torso; do I need a doctor?"
