what kind of case would I have if it involves, Real Estate, fraudulent loan doc (which were record,) breach of contract, and criminal?

You would probably have a civil law case. Real estate cases often have all of these elements as part of them -- even behavior that has criminal sanctions, such as fraudulent grant deeds, false notarizations, etc. Of course, if actual criminal penalties are to be imposed the District Attorney or Grand Jury would have to charge the individual and try him in the criminal courts under the more stringent beyond a reasonable doubt burden of proof.

A civil case, and you can file a complaint with the local police department.
