Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

real estate law

How do you effectively sue a county when it is obvious they are wrong in several areas involving the same subject real estate and all of the local lawyers are afraid to take on the case. Add to the fact that I personally have spent thousands of dollars trying to get good legal help and have failed. In addition, I tried to do the job myself. All that happened was that I got walked all over by the judge and the lawyer for the opposition and I was drained of funds. I need help and good advise.

Re: real estate law

From your information, it sounds like your case is over.

Depending on the type of case, it should be no problem to get a lawyer to take it on, if it is a good case, unless you live in a small populated area.

Yes, these kind of cases can be very expensive.

Did it ever occur to you that maybe the reason you can't get a lawyer to take your case is because the case isn't as strong as you seem to think it is?
