Re: Real estate

Lone Tree Energy is in Colorado. Is the property you are asking about located in Colorado also? If so, you need to contact a Colorado attorney. This is not a question of California law, and I believe that in addition to myself, Attorneys Whipple and Bakondi are only licensed in California (check their credentials - they could be licensed in Colorado in addition to California). A California attorney cannot advise you as to the condemnation process in Colorado. Good luck, and you may wish to repost this only to Colorado attorneys.

Re: Real estate

You might be able to file suit to stop it, possibly try to negotiate for more. Are you looking to hire me to help you with this? You may call my office.

Best,
