i havent made my condo HOA dues in 6 months. when the bank repos. my condo am i still liable for these past dues? unfortunately i'll be gone....

Yes, you can be personally liable for the HOA dues right up to the point where the bank forecloses and takes legal ownership of the condo unit. They will then have to sue you in court, obtain a judgment and then enforce the judgement through bank and asset levy, wage garnishment, etc... to collect from you.
