I do mediations; however, I note you are in Butte County and I am in Fresno County. You're welcome to call regarding rates and availability. Your local court probably has an ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) program and may also be able to recommend a mediator in your area.

Using 95965 instead of 95966, I find three mediators in Oroville on the Butte County Court's referral list.
