Need help, own 2 story home w/ master bath over garage, recentally experienced water (like water fall) coming thru garage ceiling from master bath. Had plumber come out (was able to verify thru manufacture date stamp) that pipes were fixed right b4 I purchased home and then discoverd windows were not installed right, causing water damage related mold, had home test by emviromental hygenest, said have high levels of mold from bathroom and in ever bedroom(related to the south side of my home). in short when purchased home(1st time home buyer). I have found out my agent did not do a walk thru, no home inspection was done, and no I never saw, sign or to this day have a disclosure form, what should I do ?

hire a lawyer right away, and, if unsafe, move out of the house right away.
