Me and my partner puschased a home together about 3 months ago.... but he is not going with the agreement that we had... He said he would stop his drinking and mental abuse and has not stoped... i want out..We have 2 children together, and have been together for 10 years... What can i do?

You would file a Partition Action. Prior to filing it, a strong demand letter from an attorney should be sent. Please call me if you have any other questions.

You may want to contact a family law attorney. You and your partner have children together. Therefore you may be able to get a restraining order removing him from the house. You could also request an order for the sale of the house and division of the equity.
