How do you terminate a settlement hearing when there are court orders

Re: realestate
Your question does not make sense as worded. Please give more factual details and use the actual language on the court documents so that we can tell what you are asking about. It sounds as though you are asking about a hearing scheduled by the Court to determine if the case has been settled or not. If you send in the settlement documents singed by all parties to the Court they will take it off calendar.

Another possibility is that you are referring to a pre-trial Mandatory Settlement Conference that has been ordered by the Court. The Court can order the parties to confer, but cannot oblige them to settle. So, you show up for the MSC, negotiate with the other side using the Court-appointed judge pro tem or other neutral assigned to your MSC, and try in good faith to reach a pre-trial settlement agreement. Settlements are often reached in even the most difficult and cantankerous cases, so it is worth the effort.
