Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California
I recently had a affair, and my wife and I decided to treat our house like a apartment. Everything was fine until she moved in her sister. Then she decided to allow her sisters old husband to move in I feel as though the are going to team up and have me removed from the premises. My question is does she have the right to blow off my concerns and let these people into my house?

You start out to discuss "our house," then toward the end it becomes "my house."
Maybe you should look at the title and refresh your recollection as to whose house it is.
If it turns out to be community property, neither of you can toss the other out, but neither of you can toss out the other's guests.
