Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

Hi recently I booked an apartment at 7575 Linda Vista Rd, San Diego, CA. I paid the deposit and application fees in their website. The next day they told it was a mistake done by them. They blocked my online account. I have the email confirmation. Can I take an legal action against them.

It sounds like at the very least that you are entitled to your money back. I'm not sure what you mean when you say they blocked your online account.
