Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

I recently bought a mobile home. The seller gave the Title to another person. That person recorded the Title in her name. Is there anything I can do?

If the seller and the new tile holder will not correct the problem, you will need to bring a quiet title action. You may also have significant rights to damages, against the seller and new title holder. I suggest you consult with an attorney.
