Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

I recently purchased a piece of property in an auction in Fresno, Calif. When I checked it out it turn out to be a street entrance to a cul de sac. Can I get the county of Fresno to buy it it or pay me for it's used under the eminent domain law?

More likely you cannot, because by now there is probably an express or at least an implied dedication of the parcel for public (street) use; however, before giving up, I'd suggest you have a title search done, consult with a local land-use attorney, and/or have a discussion with the city attorney.

Your post doesn't make sense at all. There is no reason for a public street to be placed up for auction, unless the city abandoned any easement claims, and ownership reverted to the original owners.
