Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California
I've recently put my house in the short sell market. Last week, a potential buyer came to see the house unannounced and without her real estate agent. She was the same woman who had seen my house with accompanied by her agent a week before. My husband and I were gone at the time she made her second visit. My elderly mother-in-law went ahead and let her in. I felt that what she did was intrusive and just plain rude. Should I contact her agent and inform him of the matter? Would her agent be reprimanded if I brought this to the attention of his broker? Thank you.
