What form do I use to revoke a gift deed.

Do you mean a grant deed? Did you give someone property as a gift and you want to get it back? There is an offensive term for that. Intervivos gifts are irrevocable. If you have been swindled, you should talk to a skilled lawyer as soon as possible.

Once a deed (regardless of what term you use to describe it) has been delivered, the only way to get the property back is for the person to whom you transferred it to transfer it back to you.

If someone obtained the property through fraud or duress, you can file a lawsuit to get the property back.
