Are you talking about a mobile home or an RV. Mobile homes in California are governed by the mobile home residency law. RV's are governed by a different set of statutes. I don't want to go into further discussion and analysis until that is cleared up. It would also be helpful to know whether you are on title as a co-owner, or are attempting to say that you are on title as a lienholder. Please repost, and clarify, including whether you signed a lease agreement.
