remove my husband from grand deed of our home

My husband is in jail for child molestation on our kids. In order to bring my finances for me and my 5 kids i need to take control of our home. as far as my husband is concerned he would rather i loose the home. i do want to divorce him.Financing this or any avenue you may provide is also an issue for me.

You should file a petition for dissolution of marriage. This would allow you to get a court order allowing you to sell the house, or refinance it. You may also be able to get a court order that child support would be paid from his share of the proceeds from sale of the house.
