Remove liens against property attached by court order

Lien attached to property as result of loss of law suit with money judgement and a lien for non payment of business loan, bank now out of business, both in 1986.Real estate now clear of mortgage How can liens be removed.

If the judgment has not been renewed and no successor in interest to the bank is likely to pursue the matter, you may be able to initiate and bring to a successful conclusion a suit to "remove could on title."
