How do you remove a property easement? The easement has not been used for over 20 years and the property has another access point.

An easement can be terminated by release, merger, failure of purpose, abandonment, or prescription. You don't provide sufficient information for me to tell which of these, if any, apply to your situation.

Mr. Roach is correct. Other than voluntary release, or merger (which occurs only if you were to own both parcels at the same time), the other grounds he mentions would have to be the subject of a Quiet Title lawsuit and judgment before they would take legally binding effect.
