Rent to Own

I have a friend who purchased a condo two years ago.

At that time, I put in ten grand of my own money as part of her down payment.

I have been living in the condo since July '02 with a ''rent to own'' lease agreement.

Now, I would like to purchase the condo and get a mortgage all my own.

Where is the best place for me to start looking?

Do certain companies specialize in this sort of thing?

You find a good mortgage broker and give them the details. This is really not a legal matter.
