What rent monies am I liable for after I have moved out of a property before the 60 day notice to vacate?

If you want to move out before the 60-days, you still have to give 30-days notice. You are then responsible for rent through the 30-days. If it has already been 30 days or more since you got the 60-day notice, then you are responsible through the 60-days.
