rental companies

can an apartment complex tell me I can not have a co-signer to add to my lease because their initial credit check didnt pass. they say its company policy because the persons credit check was denied so their parents will not be able to co-sign

Lots of landlords won't check your credit. Don't use your parents as co-signers for anything.
