Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California
Rental Leases
I live in an apartment complex that had the option of getting cable through them. So I got the basic cable from them. However in January they cancelled their contract with the cable company. And no longer provide cable. They had told me that I need to come in the office and sign my lease over again. If i don't sign it. Does this mean the original lease is void?

Re: Rental Leases
The original lease is valid until you sign the new lease. If you do not sign the new lease, the original lease is binding.
Very truly yours,
