Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California
I ive in a rental and the owner says he wants to put it on the market, this was last August 2009. We want to present the idea to lease the house we rent to fix it up to standard for Child Care Busines.
It there legal form for this situation is the owner is open to this idea. We want to present this idea before Feb. 8 2010.
