regarding a rental property that I live in. it has been foreclosed on. it is now owned by new owners. the new owners want me out, asap. how long do I have? 30, 60 or 90 days?

It depends. Are you related to the former owner of the property? If it is a bona fide lease, subordinate to the foreclosing deed of trust, they can kick you out with a 90 day notice under the new federal law. If you are related to the former owner, you may not have a bona fide lease and be out sooner.

Mr. Roach is wrong regarding the lease. If it is a bonafide lease you have until the end of the lease or 90 days, whichever is longer.
