i am a tanet suddnely i got a notice from some one thaat he is the new owner i should pay him a rent instead of old owner which i have a agreement

Contact a local title company and ask for a copy of the deed. If there is a charge for that, then request this person to provide you with a copy of the deed. Then check the validity of the deed with the county recorder. The copy of the deed should have a seal from the recorders office and a document number at the top of the deed. This may be a scam.
