We are renters. Our apartment needs to be fogged for roaches. We need to vacate for 4 hrs. Have no where to go.

You gotta be kidding. You need a lawyer to tell you how to spend four hours of your time? How about the nearest public park. Bring a blanket and some peanut butter sandwiches and make it a picnic. Or two movies. Or volunteer at the local food bank or soup kitchen.
