repossesion

is my finance company alowed to remove my belongins same day as repo and charge me for peronal belonging storage,let alone rerent a storage facility?

Probably. But this is a good thing. Almost always, valuable personal belongings are taken from repossessed vehicles by "those darn theives." Since the finance company has taken upon itself the responsibility of storing and secuting your personal belongings for you, it would be responsible for any items lost or stolen, and if any of your items are not missing, you would be the first case I have heard of.

It is important you hire a lawyer immediately. Storage fees for personal items are the least of your problems. If you do not reinstate, you will be lookng at a deficiency judgment that could exceed $10,000. A lawyer experienced in this area of law can often find ways to reduce or completely eliminate your potential liability.
