Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

am I required to allow real estate agent to enter the property the landlord want

I'm leasing a condo. The landlord put it out for sale this week.The real estate agent calls me 3-4 times a day because he wants to bring people in to show the place. I'm very busy, and i do not feel confortable giving him a key. The question is can he or the landlord force me to? My lease expires in 45 days, and I'm willing to move out he the landlord wants me to.
