resident manager

I live in a large apartment complex. There hasn't been a resident manager for a long time. There is a manager who oversees different properties from afar, but no resident manager. What authority or who can I contact about this?

Whether a resident manager is required depends on where you live and the local regulations. I suggest you call your local City Hall and ask them.
