Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

How can I reverse a Quit Claim?

Ten years ago I quit-claimed off a condominium owned by my father and myself. The reason was so I could qualify for a ''first-time-buyer'' program. Now I would like to re-establish my claim - reverse the quit claim, so to speak - on that same condominium. My father is willing to let me back on the deed but neither of us know how to go about this. Thank you.
