Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

revocable trust

my deceased mother left a signed trust

but it was not notorized.I'm her

executor and trustee. can i still file an

affidavit changing the trustee to sell

her home?

I regret that I will have to ask you to resubmit this question under Wills and/or Trusts law.

It is an area in which I have not practiced, and it has been 45 years since my law school class on Wills and Trusts, and other than spelling "Wills" and "Trusts", I don't deal with them.
