Can a "Revocation of Deed" for a Deed of Trust be recorded under the provision of civil code 1229?

No. That section applies to revoke a an instrument where title is reserved to the grantor. Title isn't reserved to the grantor in a deed of trust, it is given to the trustee. If you need to clear a deed of trust that has secured an obligation, the trustee executes, delivers and you record a "reconveyance."
