I need to know my rights as a home owner renting out a room

I rent a house and to help pay the bills I rented out 2 of the rooms. In the middle of January I told the tenants that February will be their last month. They left mid February without paying rent. Their was no writen lease. How do I get my money?

It sounds like you will have to sue them in small claims court. You can obtain the forms from your local court house.
