what are my rights as a legal owner of a mobile home if the registered owner has been evicted

I would assume your rights are set forth in some kind of financing documents, A legal owner is usually the holder of paper dealing with the financing of the vehicle. I'd guess the eviction could be a default under your financing deal with the registered owner, and you may have the right to foreclose, but if you are being paid you might want to waive that right.
