Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

I have the ring. He has the motorcycle.

I agreed to purchase a motorcycle with my credit for him. He agreed to make the monthly payment. He canceled the wedding. He wants the ring. I want his half of the wedding expenses, and I want him to continue to pay for the motorcycle. Do I have a legal court case?

Yes. Demand that he return or pay for the motorcycle. Resell it if you have to. He has no right to the ring, it was a gift. The wedding expenses may be more difficult but you since it was a joint undertaking you might have a claim. If his share of the wedding expenses is $5,000 or under, take him to small claims court.
