Roommate Eviction

I want to evict a male from the house I am renting. There is one other female and he is very uncivil and threatening towards both of us and refuses to move. Tha landlord said she cannot force him to move, we have to do that. What are my options on evicting a roommate?

Can I get a legally binding restraining order against this person?

What do I need to make him move out immediately so that I don't feel threatened?

you can file an eviction but that takes time. a restaining order is much faster if you can get one.
