Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

roommates

my roommate and i are on separate leases which end in june. I want her to move out at the end of the lease because she got married to a much older man just 2 months after moving in stating she was a ''single mom'' and he is at our home 5-6 nights a week. She also got a puppy without asking me first and I can't stand living with dogs. She says she will not move out she is just fine renting the room. My sister owns the condo and wants to make sure everything is legal. How can I get her out?

Re: roommates

When someone's lease ends, they have to move out, unless the lease is renewed or extended. Supposedly your sister, as the owner and landlady, is in a position and of a mind to assist you - all she has to do is renew your lease and not renew the other person's lease. Then, work with your sister to find a new tenant for the now-vacant portion of the condo.
