Not getting our security deposit back after beeng forced out of the building due
My question is: We have lived in this apartment complex for 2 years.Rent was always paid in time never beeng late.
The son of the manager was beating and hiting my 2 year old daughter when she was playing on the patio!We tried to ask the parents(the managers of the building)to stop their son's dangerous behiavior but their response was an constent ignorence and loud yeling if we don't like it move out or stay inside attitude!(nuomerios police record of the incident as well as written complaints to the police and fair housing authoritys )so finally we decided to move!(lot of stress,humiliation and etc..)Now we are at a point where they won't even return our security deposit(unit left in exeptional conditions,pictures taken) nor our moving expensis we have askd for.
We are asking for legal help to resolv this matter and get us back on track in this lost world.:-(
