Seller disclosure of noise needed?

If I sell my house do I have to disclose to prospective buyers noise from the next-door-neighbor's swimming pool pump? The pump is not violating any noise ordinances, we have had it tested using decibel meters.

Simple rule of thumb .... if you ask the question "Does this need to be disclosed?", the answer is always "YES!"
